Refund Policy

Although we are committed to ensuring the products you purchase from us are picked and packed with the utmost care, there may be times when there is a need for a refund or a replacement.

The following information explains our returns and replacement policy, however, if you need any further advice please send your question in an email to info@satorii.co.uk

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@satorii.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns address.

If your return is accepted, we will then provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date via our email: info@satorii.co.uk.

It is essential to include a clear photograph(s) of the damaged or defective item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged and approved we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. 


You have not received your order

In the unfortunate event that you have not received your order, you must contact us via our email: info@satorii.co.uk following the time scales below before reporting your missing order:

You have changed your mind

In the unfortunate event that you have changed your mind on the product(s), please notify our Customer Care Department via email info@satorii.co.uk within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

PLEASE NOTE: The item(s) MUST be returned in their original condition with the order number and your name marked clearly on the outer packaging. Once we have received the returned item(s) and checked its condition meets the requirements above, the value of the item(s) will be credited to you. In this case, the cost of postage (in either direction) will NOT be refunded. Returns postage must be paid by the customer and we advise sending the item tracked with proof of postage - if the item is lost in the post we will be unable to process the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
